It's New York fashion week. And aside from Marchesa, I cant help but feel a little let down by this seasons collections. There's nothing new, nothing fresh, nothing that makes you want to jump in front of a sewing machine boiling over with enthusiasm. I'm feeling dilillusioned, and with two days left I've been scouring the editorial pages for something to fill the inspiration stop gap. Thank you Magda Jagnicka for restoring a few pieces of my faith this gloomy morning. Pastel, lace, tulle ruffles and possibly the prettiest pair of sequinned trousers I have ever seen, ordain this shoot by Lukasz Pukowiec. I can beathe a sigh of relief, for the time being.
